Too little to understand.. To little time for forgivness

Its so natural for a person to get attached to someone whom we never know.. ! 

Can you ever dream about a person who keeps poping up in your dreams and try to ask unexpected questions and then try to say to you that "I'll be ther for you !" .. hmm it may seem to be a mystery and it will continue to be also! .. Did you ever ponder over for a moment that we've been living this life not to eat drink and enjoy life,  but so see much more than that  ? Did you ever understand that we've been always entangled and twisted in our relationships and at every walk of our life , we see many people walking in and out of our life.. and we still try to frame the footsteps of only a few of them. These footsteps are which are framed are hard to change and very difficult to forget all thru' our lives..

Ever since there were uncountable moments that we spend... we try to remember only those which have pircked our souls somewhere down the line.. We tend to be happy with life always forgetting what went wrong and remembering to enjoi the way life gifts us, but when we remember a bad incident, it makes even the happy soul to drink the cup of pain and tears...

There are always twists and turns in our lives and life is not always a "properly constructed road" on which we can happily tread and see only the workers working on the damaged road..

It's we who need to work for our life's construction.. Its hard to sit and think to construct the correct route map for our goal , but it always a good way to just keep walking along the path and then setting the unfurnished road into pathway of success. There are thorns and thistels  along with budding roses.. Its all about your design which makes life a COMPLETE SUCCESS.. We need to decide who walks into our live (whether its a person or a problem ) and never repend on what has happned. Be happy for eveything that we've got in life.. the best way to be happy is to compare ourselves with the underperveledged who have no voice to speak out and cry for help...

Life is Gift of God .. Treasure Every moment of it... God is busy taking pictures of us.. so we need to be happy ...!

FootSteps in My life!

The path which we've tread is unknown

And we've never thought

Life's indeed a journey and we are travellers... My Life is always filled with a big big packet of Blessings which God has bestowed on me at the RIGHT time.. a few memories were the time when got a good place to do my Masters and now a bonus when i got placed in TCS where i am with my friends who got placed when we were in Engineering

I'd like to save down the entire experience of my Interview.

TAGGED BY TCS-

We had a written test which was for about 90 mins and we though that it was pretty difficult to clear it. Well we did clear that and it wa svery very nice to see almost the same models were repeated and we were lucky enuf that we solved the previous papers.
(NB: Solve all the previous papers...)

There were totally three rounds after the written exam. a) Technical Round b)Managerial round c) HR

As soon as i was called for the Technical round I really started feeling too nervous and this made me forget almost everything that i studied. I also was feeling too scared that if i were being asked to write the code for Datastructures and the sorting searching techniques then i wud hv been blank. Well, one thing i never left ... my confidence and my "take lite " attitude.
I faced the interviewer. She looked pretty strict but was very friendly. She asked me tell me about myself.. and I started it off well. This question made me feel very happy and also help e forget all my fears!

Interviewer : Tell me about your hobbies?
Me: I like reading novels and writing diary. I started a new hobby of collecting the cadbury wrappers .
Interviewer : How many wrappers do u have?
Me: about 200 or more.
Interviewer :Do u even collect the chocolate wrappers?
Me: No mam' as they are very small
Interviewer :Are you from hyderabad?
Me: yes mam'
Interviewer :Tell me something about your projects?
(we have done about 6 projects and i had written abt three of them in my resume)
Me: The first one is the Snakes and Ladders Online Game which users are allowed to play once they register themselves. (i described abt the project with a proper diagram . She was satisfied)
Me: The next project was about the Mini search Engine. (THIS . This project is a very good and nice project which always fetches jobs in MSIT) . I expalianed her each and every module in this project and also explained where the links are between each module.
Interviewer : Why do you used this mini search engine when you have GOOGLE. (A standard expect question which our seniors hv told us to be aware of!)
ME: As we are developing this project for the HINDU newspaper site, all that they need is that which word is found in which page and for how many times. In GOOGLE we have lots of applications which are not useful for the Client. The mini search engine which we have developed is cheaper compared to GOOGLE which demands a lot of money.
Interviewer : So you are comfortable with C ?
Me: Yes mam'
Interviewer : What is a structure in C?
ME: A structure is a datatype which has a collection of all the datatypes.
Interviewer : What is a difference between Structure and an array?
Me: An array is a collection of homogeneous datatype and a structure is a collection of heterogeneous datatypes.
Interviewer : Can you write a structure ??
Me: Yes mam' (and wrote it down on a paper)
Interviewer : What is the difference between call by value and call by refrence? and write a program for the same.
Me: answered to her and wrote a simple program.
Interviewer : What are static, auto,extern,and register explain them!
Me: answered all but frgot what register does . so i told her that i m sorry mam' i can recollect what extern does.
Interviewer : Ok!
Me: What is the output of this program?

ME: (i asked her name and asked her where she was working and she replied to my question)
Interviewer :how do u abt DP and EP?
Me: I did my intern in TCS mam'
Interviewer : OK! nice . What was u r internship abt?
Me: Worked for a live project and was given a small module.
Interviewer : Ok! any thing else?
Me: no mam' .
Interviewer : You may leave.
Me: thank you mam' for ur time in interviewing me ! (smiled and left)

One thing i cud feel is that i was very confident and cud straightly look into the interviewer's eyes and reply to all her questions confidently. This help me realized that MSIT sosftskills helped ma a lot.

MR round was scheduled at 4:45 for me.
I entered the room and was told to sit by the interviewer.
Interviewer :How are you doing?
ME: I am doing fine sir!
Interviewer : Can you tell me something about yourself?
Me: I come from a middle class family and both my parents are working.(he stopped me there abruptly and asked another Q)
Interviewer :how can you say that u come from a middle class family?
Me : Yes sir . I am from a middle class family. (he was not satisfied with my answer but told me to continue)
Me: Both my parents are working and my father is an asst. manager in HSBC and my mom is a vice-principal in a college. (again he stopped me....)
Interviewer : How can you say that u r from a middle class family when your parents are working and are in good posts?
Me: Sir, we indeed are from a middle class family and it took a lot of time in growing up to this state. I know how much trouble my parents have taken to get a status in the society. In short , we are from a middle class family as we are not like the Bill Gates or the Mittals who are born with a silver spoon.
Interviewer :Ok Ok!
Interviewer :Are you from Hyderabad?
Me:Yes sir!
Interviewer : Your engineering coll usually has TCS drive. What happened then? dint you write the exam?
ME: I wrote sir, but was not selected after the HR round was over..
Interviewer :SO this is u r second attempt...
Me: Yes sir! I feel i wasnt confident then , but now MSIT has gifted me with many skills...and now i am very confident abt myself.
Interviewer :
Interviewer : what is the project that you are doing as of now?
Me: Its GAP Analysis sir!
Interviewer :What is it about?
Me: It's about the online exam for APIIIT students to bridge the gap in their maths and English skills.
Interviewer : Is it a B2B or a B2C ?
Me: Sir, its a client-server model.
Interviewer : (shocked and laughed aloud) do u know what is B2B?
Me: Yes sir... Business to business.
Interviewer : (Explained me b2b and b2c with a few examples and i just was listening to him patiently with a big smile on my face.)
(I know that i made a big fool of myself... but... i just kept my face smile on! )
Me: (after listening to all his wisdom! i said ok sir! and smiled back!)
Interviewer : a cube of 8X8X8 was given and another cube of 2X2X2 was given and , now you have to place the 2X2X2 cube in the 8x8x8 cube. How many 2x2x2 cubes are needed.
ME: analysed for a while and just gave my logic but cud not give the correct answer.
Interviewer : Do you know the Fibonocii series?
ME: Yes sir!
Interviewer : Ok write them down.
Me: wrote them.
Interviewer : Draw a flowchart for thr fibnocci series
Me: (drew the flowchart and showed him )
Interviewer : what is the answer for the series : (x-a)(x-b)(x-c).......(x-z)= ?
Me: Zero sir!
Interviewer : How?
Me: some where in the series we get (x-x)=0...so the entire series turns out to be zero.
Interviewer :ok. Do you have any questions for me?
Me: Can i know u r good name sir and where u work ?
Interviewer :(told his name and where he worked)
Me: Thankq sir for interviewing me. I look forward for a positive reply from you!
Interviewer :Ya sure ! you wud be informed soon!

HR round at 6:00 in the evening
Interviewer : Are you from Hyderabad?
Me: Yes mam'
Interviewer : So, what is your career object in life after 3yrs or 5yrs?
ME: To become a Team Lead.
Interviewer : Do you know what a team leader has to do ?
ME : yes mam' . A team lead has to manage his team well. He has to manage time, stress management, conflict management etc and above all he should motivate the team members who aren't working well.
Interviewer : Do you believe in being Diplomatic ?
Me: Yes mam'. We have to some times tell a few things which a teammate does and should not be done by him. We need to tell him without hurting his feelings and then this will help him to realize his mistake and wud nt repeat the same!
Interviewer : What are your attributes?
Me: I am amicable, confident and a person who maintains proper relationships with people.
Interviewer : Where do you want to work? In north India, south India East India west India or Out of India.??
Me:Anywhere mam' I am mobile.
Interviewer :WHat if your family wants you to work in Hyderabad?
Me: I need a job and want to be independent and i like to make my career. Till now i am a
spinster and have no issues from my family for relocation. the rest i will be able to handle.
Interviewer : What will you do if u r in Delhi and you family in Hyd wanted you to cum immediately because of some emergence and you had to complete a project?
Me: I wud distribute my work in the team and wud ask for permission from my boss and allow him to grant me leave so that i can go and visit my family who is in emergency.

She spoke about the service bonds of two years and ask me whether i had any questions... I just asked her name..she told me the name and said that I cud leave.. I wished her thankQ and left the room.

After this.. we still had many candidate dto be interwied and this took place also the next day... Results were out the next day (1st June)at 12:45 pm in th nite.. and i was informed by my frd tht i was selected.

Life goes through changes so fast, you think your life is great, than one of your best friends dies. Then you think you found someone you truly love, only to figure out, she doesn't love you back.
